Your expertise

• Ability to showcase exciting projects, prototypes or research in the field of large language models (LLMs)
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively
• A designer's mindset and a vision of design's application in AI and systems
• Experience using language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Llama
• Experience developing and implementing complex multi-step prompts
• Familiarity and interest in LLM frameworks like Langchain and Langsmith
• Keen interest in staying updated with the latest research and developments in AI
• A passion for thinking systemically and translating complex issues and processes into structured workflows
• Programming experience in Python or JavaScript is a plus
• A degree or training with professional experience in design, computer science, or even a completely different field
• German language skills at level B2 or higher are required for our projects
• No seniority is required, but you have proven excellence in design and AI, with a portfolio showcasing innovative projects, whether in academia or the corporate world

Your responsibilities

• Envision and prototype future-oriented design solutions that leverage AI technologies
• Cultivate curiosity towards emerging possibilities and mastery of tools in generative AI and design, continuously learning and adapting to new methodologies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including designers, scientists, engineers, and economic stakeholders, to bring your ideas to life
• Develop and iterate on AI-driven design prototypes, experimenting with new techniques and approaches
• Focus on human-centered design, ensuring that AI applications transform things for the better, meet real human needs, create business success, and enhance user experiences
• Contribute to thought leadership in the industry, sharing your insights and innovations through talks, publications, and workshops
• Inspire people to become customers and partners, enabling and helping us make our vision a joint reality

Note on Presence: Each team member plays an important role in our often highly exploratory projects. It is important for us to be able to exchange information and ideas quickly and easily. Therefore, we require each team member to be present in our Stuttgart office most of the time.
