We have to look at complex business and social challenges from different angles to achieve innovative and reflected solutions. Especially when existing knowledge is uncertain, and a lot is at stake. We, therefore, work transdisciplinary on complex tasks and consider economic, social and political developments.

Our team

Here experts from a wide range of disciplines create the new together. Depending on the challenge, units are formed from the required subjects and thus quickly adapt to new project tasks. The teams are a part of a flat hierarchy and have far-reaching decision-making powers. In this way, we enable effective communication and create compelling and balanced project teams.

New technologies, new market situations or social change are bringing about challenges within companies. If people become aware of these changes, it is usually challenging to adapt and to meet the new requirements. We see those changes as an opportunity for creativity and design. They enable the development of new points of orientation.

Together with you, our teams will question the status quo and identify the potential for new, meaningful solutions. In close cooperation, we develop hypotheses. We model, simulate and test these hypotheses using tangible prototypes to understand people's wishes and needs. This process results in innovation nuclei that provide orientation for strategic decisions.

Experienced yet unconventional

The ability to be efficient and flexible at the same time is called organizational ambidexterity. In theory, this is a desirable organizational principle. In practice, it is tough to earn money with established processes while maintaining a high level of quality and innovation.

We started in 2002 with a strong focus on exploration. Over the years, we have learned a lot about stakeholders, strategic project management, organizational change, production processes and quality management. Based on this experience, we are convinced that exploration and implementation should complement each other. We actively accompany the jointly developed visions until they are ready for the market — only this way, there is no decoupling of theory and practice.

Our experience ranges from design thinking methods through IoT strategies for global corporations to the development of incubators for the systematic development of new business ideas. It is based on broad industry expertise.
